Etsy or the Etsy App may automatically translate listings/shops to your language for you. This does not mean that the pattern is in any language other than English.

★★HOW TO DOWNLOAD YOUR CROCHET PATTERN★★

Etsy only supports downloading of digital files on a web browser (e.g. Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.). The Etsy app will only show you that you've purchased the file but does NOT offer a button to download it.

PLEASE NOTE: You HAVE to use a web browser. If you use the same device you have your Etsy App installed on, the web browser will likely force you into the App which makes it so you cannot download. You may need to use a different device or an incognito window.

TO DOWNLOAD YOUR FILES, please follow these steps:

1) Open a web browser (Safari, Chrome, Firefox, etc.) and log in to your account.
2) Click on your account (circle icon with either your picture or a grey silhouette) and, from the drop down menu, click “Purchases”.
3) Find the digital file purchase in your Etsy purchases.
4) Click “Download Files” on the right hand side of the purchase information.
5) Scroll down until you see file names and “Download” buttons. Click the button and your files are all yours!
